BI was born in a corner of the Ca n’Estruc winery. Born from nostalgia for times past; from working with your hands; from listening with your heart and accompanying the vines along their natural path. The original design of the winery’s first label has been recovered and adapted to the new requirements. A wide variety of limited edition wines, specially selected from specific vats, amphora, vintages or vineyards —from 66 bottles—, with the labels numbered using a traditional mechanical system. Design without designing. No masks and no artifices.
